We are pleased to announce that the Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. VI will be conducting the Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) on August 7, 2022.

Filing of applications will be from June 2-16*, 2022, except Saturdays and Sundays, at the following venues:

Application Requirements:

Fully accomplished application form (CS Form No. 100 Revised September 2016);

Application forms are available at the CSC Regional/Field Office or may be downloaded at http://bit.ly/CSForm100rev2016
The spaces for “Signature of Applicant” and “Right Thumbmark” on the form should be left blank. These shall be accomplished in the presence of the CSC processor.

Two (2) copies of identical valid ID pictures; Philippine passport size (4.5cm x 3.5cm or 1.78 inches by 1.4 inches);

Original photo copy of any valid ID containing Applicant’s clear picture, date of birth signature and signature of Authorized Head of the issuing agency as prescribed in CSC MC No. 2, s. 2018. List of valid IDs may be found at http://bit.ly/acceptableIDs;

Original and photocopy of Certification of Eligibility (Local Treasurer Eligibility) issued by the CSC (Note: The Certification may either be CSC Letterhead printed, or Security/Special Paper printed);

Duly accomplished Certificate of Consent (attached as Annex A); and

P700.00 examination fee.

Acceptance of Applications:

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of both applicants and CSC RO VI personnel, acceptance of applications for the ICLTE will be subject to the following conditions:

Acceptance of applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis;

Observance of minimum health protocols shall be strictly enforced; and

To ensure physical distancing, only exam applicants will be allowed in the venue. Only one (1) companion shall be allowed for every client with special needs (PWDs, senior citizens, pregnant women).

Pursuant to the Examination Guidelines of the Commission, the acceptance of applications from pregnant women shall be restricted/limited to those who would be, at most, 6 months pregnant on examination day in view of the straining and risky examination activities.

May we reiterate that pursuant to Examination Announcement No. 02, s. 2022, the Civil Service Commission neither holds any review class nor publishes or distributes any review material for any Civil Service Examination. Further, the CSC does not accredit and has not accredited any individual, group, or review center for the purpose of producing/publishing and/or distributing/marketing/selling any review material, and of offering and holding review sessions/classes to prospective civil service examinees. Availing of any such product/service shall be one's personal option and accountability.

EXAM ADVISORY: Change of venue for filing of applications for the June 19, 2022 CSE-PPT for Antique

Please be informed that CSC FO Antique will be receiving applications for the upcoming June 19, 2022 CSE-PPT at the Function Hall of Sibalom Municipal Hall, Sibalom, Antique instead of the Sibalom Municipal Gymnasium.

Filing of applications is from April 12-28, 2022. Acceptance of applications shall be on a FIRST-COME< FIRST-SERVED basis. Receiving of applications will be closed earlier as soon as the allocated slots for the testing center have been filled. There will be no acceptance of applications on April 14-17, 2022.

For contact tracing purposes, the StaySafe.PH or other LGU-initiated digital contact tracing application, shall be utilized. Applicants are advised to coordinate with their respective Field Offices regarding the matter.

Adherence to the Regional/Field Office procedure in the acceptance of walk-in clients, such as, but not limited to:

use of the online appointment/booking system, if any;
setting of limited number of clients to be allowed inside the Regional or Field Offices; and
allowing companions only for clients with special needs (PWDs, senior citizens, pregnant women.)
