The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office VI together with the Councils of Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs) in Region VI will hold the 8th Regional Congress of HRMPs on June 10-11, 2019 at Grand Xing Hotel, Iloilo City. 

 

CSC Chairperson Alicia dela Rosa-Bala who will grace the event as Keynote Speaker will discuss the role of HRMPs in upholding the equal opportunity principle in the four core HR Systems.  Other top-notch specialists and international HR practitioners include: Ms. Michelle Garcia (Vice President - People of TaskUs), Mr. Boris Joaquin (CEO/TOP Executive Training Consultant/ Investors in People Specialist), CSC Commissioner Aileen Lourdes A. Lizada, Regional Director Rebecca M. Rascon (DTI-RO6), Atty. Germaine Trittle P. Leonin (Founder, Promoting Rights and Equality for Society’s Marginalized Sectors [PRISM]), CSC Commissioner Leopoldo Roberto Valderosa, CSC RO 6 Regional Director Rodolfo B. This year’s theme, “Upholding Equal Opportunities towards a More Inclusive Public Sector HR,” highlights the importance of the Equal Opportunity Principle (EOP) in Public Sector Human Resource Management.  The Congress aims to strengthen the EOP and ensure that it becomes embedded in the four core HR Systems under the PRIME-HRM in government offices/agencies in the region.
